Stephen and Lucy Pulman invite you to go back in time at Brasserie Cent Six and recapture the joyful world and charm of traditional French cooking, music, humour and love.
World-class Chef, Stephen Pulman, is one of the last remaining chefs trained in the style according to the instructions of the original great masters such as Marie-Antoine Carême through to Auguste Escoffier.
This is the cuisine that rose in Paris to become the most magnificent in the world during the Belle Époque in the 19th century. This stunning method of cooking continued into mid 20th century France before its decline. It is becoming increasingly rare to find French food cooked to these standards today, even in France. Yet, here it is on the Sunshine Coast at Brasserie Cent Six!
Chef Stephen has had an astonishing career. Pursued for his indisputable culinary talent he was engaged to cook for celebrities and royalty around the world, and you will see just a few of them on the wall.
